Chakra assessment, clearing, balancing, and harmonizing of energy within the body with consult included - 60-90 minutes

Deep relaxed state of the body designed to promote the somatic felt sense, body awareness, and connection to consciousness throughout the entire body. This healing practice assists with activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for our body's healing and restoration. This practice is also used to assist with trauma recovery by including a deep embodiment experience while in a state of complete rest and digest - 45 minutes
